Use of the site
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using raxiwin.com.co (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Raxi Win and may be updated periodically; continued use after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Eligibility and permitted use

Notify Raxi Win immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use. Ownership of content
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, data compilations, and overall design, is the exclusive property of Raxi Win or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian intellectual property legislation. The name "Raxi Win" and all related marks are registered or unregistered trade marks of Raxi Win and may not be used without prior written permission.
Limited licence to users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Raxi Win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content; reverse engineer any software forming part of the Site; remove proprietary notices or marks; or exploit any content commercially without our express written consent.
User-submitted content
Where you submit or upload content to the Site, you grant Raxi Win a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content in any media. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. Raxi Win reserves the right to remove any user content at its discretion.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Raxi Win makes no representation that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Exclusion of damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raxi Win, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if Raxi Win has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue use.
Cap on liability
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the aggregate liability of Raxi Win to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to Raxi Win in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted under Indian law.
